1. How prices are shown
- Every product page shows the listed price (MRP), any discount applied, and the final payable price per unit/pack, in Indian Rupees (₹).
- Prices shown on the Site are inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- There are no hidden charges — any shipping/delivery charge applicable to your order is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm it.
2. Price changes
Seed prices can change between seasons based on availability, demand, and the seed company's own pricing. We reserve the right to update prices, discounts, and stock availability at any time without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time you complete checkout is the price that applies to your order.
3. Discounts and offers
Any discount shown against a product is applied automatically to the listed price — no coupon code is required unless stated otherwise. Discounts are set at our discretion and may vary by product, company, or season.
4. Payment methods
Currently, orders can be completed with:
- Pay at pickup — pay in cash (or as arranged) directly to the dealer when collecting your order.
- Cash on delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order is delivered.
We are integrating online payments through Razorpay, after which you will also be able to pay securely by UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking at checkout. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant, and VPE Seeds never sees or stores your card, UPI, or banking credentials — these are handled entirely by Razorpay's secure payment infrastructure.
5. GST and invoicing
Applicable GST, where relevant, is included in the price shown. Vishwam Pandya Enterprises is a GST-registered business (GSTIN: 23ADMPP7946F1Z7). An order summary is available on your Orders page for your records.
