This page is a working draft written to cover the standard points a payment gateway (including Razorpay) checks for during onboarding. Please have it reviewed before going live — it is not a substitute for legal advice.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VPE Seeds website (the "Site"), operated by Vishwam Pandya Enterprises ("VPE Seeds", "we", "us", "our"), located at V.P.S Warehouse, K/26/06, Plot No. 10, In front of Force Motors, Behind Agrawal Toll Booth, Lasudia Mori, Dewas Naka, Indore – 452010, Madhya Pradesh, India (GSTIN: 23ADMPP7946F1Z7). By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and verifying your mobile number.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

2. Products and listings

We make reasonable efforts to describe products (crop, company, variety, season, packing, crop duration) accurately, based on information provided by seed companies.
Product photographs are for illustration; actual packaging or crop appearance may vary. Where real product photos are not yet available, placeholder images are used and clearly understood to be illustrative.
Prices, discounts, and stock availability shown on the Site are subject to change without prior notice and may vary by dealer location.
We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

3. Orders and fulfilment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. An order is confirmed once its status is updated accordingly on your account.
Orders can be fulfilled either by pickup from a nearby dealer or by home delivery, as selected at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number.

4. Pricing and payment

See our Pricing Policy for how prices, taxes, and discounts are presented. Payments made through our online payment gateway are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

These are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Farm dashboard and other tools

Features such as the My Farm dashboard, crop-duration estimates, growth-stage visuals, and "what you could grow next" suggestions are provided for general guidance only. They do not constitute agronomic, scientific, or professional farming advice, and VPE Seeds is not liable for decisions made based on them.

7. User conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Post false, misleading, defamatory, or abusive content (including in product reviews).
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, other users' accounts, or our systems.
Interfere with the normal operation of the Site.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, and branding are the property of Vishwam Pandya Enterprises or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names and brand marks belong to their respective seed companies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPE Seeds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including crop yield or income loss) arising from use of the Site or reliance on any guidance provided through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
